With more than fifteen years of experience in the design industry, I specialize in helping agencies, small businesses, and fast-moving teams streamline their work and projects for maximum clarity, efficiency, and profitability. I'm also passionate about supporting other designers and artists as they figure out the balance between making a living and creating exceptional work for their clients. As so many did for me throughout my earlier career, I want to see the next generation of creatives win.

Today, I focus my energy and efforts on strategy in the two areas I'm most passionate about: 

1. Team operational (process, project, and people) systems: I help business owners and creative team leaders find process and project improvements, freeing up more time to focus on the work that matters most to them.
2. Brand storytelling (messaging, voice, and aesthetic) strategy: I guide newer companies and individuals in finding and aligning their brand voice and product/service solutions with the market.

Some days, I'm more creative than an entrepreneur. On other days, I'm more business than design. Like a weird party design artist business mullet situation...I digress. Every day, I do my best to focus on the human condition and how people are best served at the intersections of life, work, and beyond.
