Hey Polyworkers,
In a nutshell, I am an ex-fashion executive turned consultant, coach, and communication specialist at AVM.consulting (my own company), where I work with both businesses and individuals.
Turns out I also like writing (you can register for my weekly newsletter, the Mettā view here) and as a side-gig, I am a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, and yoga teacher. I offer free meditations on Zoom weekly, as well as in-person and virtual more in-depth webinars. Soon I'll also have an on-demand online course. Details on my other website.
And I also have a podcast, called Out of the Clouds, which like me, sits at the crossroads between business and mindfulness.
Aside from that, I am a bit of an online courses nerd, and currently am taking a couple of different ones. Et voila!
