Expressed Opinion
This morning I went to a café and had a tasty and healthy breakfast. And I experienced such a gratitude that I can afford to eat. But I also felt truly sad being aware of the fortcoming hunger.

Soon, many people across the world will experience true hunger. It will last for years.

I barely retained my tears. Knowing this, I asked: “How can gratitude help in this situation?” I felt powerless. But a reassuring insight followed. “You just keep being grateful. It expands you. And we‘ll send you the right people to be helped through you. And you‘ll be empowered to do it. We are doing our job.”

I‘m not special. I write this because in these times where fear is at its highest, everyone feels powerless. But our true power lies not in our head, but in our heart.

Fear infects our minds and shrinks our being. Love and faith, on the other hand, expands us. That is our highest potential.

We should never succumb to the fear instilled by a tiny percent of people in this world. We have a right to be grateful. And we should ramp up our faith, now! Faith demolishes fear. Don‘t loose a second. Be grateful, and deserve to be an instrument by the light, so that many can be helped through you. That is our war.
