Have you ever wondered what happens to whiskey barrels when a distillery shuts down? Sutherland Distilling, a soil-to-spirit micro-distillery, closed its doors this past February. But fear not, one of their barrels containing 100% corn Bourbon was rescued by Two Souls Spirits, and I had the pleasure of trying it out.
