I just gave my first lightning talk, at work. It went better than expected. Still, it was kind of a mess. Turns out, my attempt to keep the talk short meant that I didn't hit enough on my main points. Why did I think I could talk about docs, simplicity, and inclusion in just 10 slides?
I asked the group for feedback and got lots of really good stuff. I have high hopes this talk will be good stuff eventually
