Over the years, I've reviewed a LOT of résumés. When I'm hiring someone, I'm looking for a quick snapshot of who someone is professionally. Unfortunately, most résumés fall short of capturing any of it.
They're either too dense or too sparse. They focus on job descriptions and titles rather than accomplishments. They list skills instead of experiences. They're just bad, and good people wind up getting ignored.
I decided to update my own résumé with these issues in mind. Let me know how it looks!
