I received my Harness star performer award last week after my first full quarter here. 

If this year has taught me anything it’s that I really can’t predict the future. I like to daydream so coming up with ideas for what my year would look like isn’t hard. I had imagined earlier this year when I joined Harness the places I’d get to travel to, the kinds of people I would meet, the awesome content I’d make. My path is certainly what I decide to make of it but how I get there is yet for me to experience and live through. 

I think that’s why focusing on the outcomes over the actual outputs has helped me with being more adaptable and open-minded in achieving my goals.

I thought I would be limited in the ways I can connect with people and how I could do my job. Growth is surpassing the limits you think are there. I’m grateful to those in my network, that we could grow together through these difficult times. That we have the adaptability to make things work for our communities and industries. I look forward to this continued growth.
