Paul Harris Fellows Awards
During the handover of President offices, Christian Scheiter, President of the RC Bonn, honored seven Rotarian friends for their services. The following awards were given:
Paul Harris Fellow with Sapphire:

- Dr. jur. Georg Wronka
- Carl Ludwig Sträter
Paul Harris Fellow:
- Dr. rer. nat. Thomas Fabula
- Wulf D. Fischer
- Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Karl Robl
- Prof. Dr. theol. Reinhard Schmidt-Rost
The “longest-serving” Friend Sträter – retired Federal Judge – thanked him in the name of all seven in a short speech. In the course of the evening, Friend Scheiter then handed over the presidency to Friend Prof. Dr. Armin B. Cremers, who presented his program for the new rotarian year to the guests present.
