In the previous highlight, I mentioned how we closed our biggest client to date. Well, in exactly 100 days, we managed to one-up ourselves by closing a contract with a bigger client — Discord.
Initially, we helped the entire company migrate its knowledge base from one tool to Notion. It was a very challenging project; we had to learn on the fly, but we managed to get it done. A year later, we’re still working with them as a fractional ops design team on various Notion workflows and customizations.
