Starting a new role in a few weeks. I'm having some time reflecting on new skills to learn, and polishing on what I have. I've got some good reflections on Coding challenges as well, the good and the bad. 

I'd be curious about anyone on here, about what their thoughts are on technical challenges as part of a job interview.
