Vault
Vault is a near real-time management application for transcription jobs. It processes, categorizes, and tracks media files from customer upload through final transcript delivery.
I designed and developed both the server and client web applications in this greenfield project.
The server-side application is Hasura combined with several Node.js services and a queue for file processing and other heavy tasks.
The client is a Vue.js app deployed to browsers.
This was a huge, business-critical project with a lot of features and design details to make sure it would be ready to handle our primary transcription workflows in the office.
