I wanted to add two 10 inch subwoofers along with two monoblock (500 - 750 RMS each) amps to my 2018 Ford Mustang Ecoboost Premium Convertible. There wasn't much info on the web specific to my car so I created my own video of the process. This demo shows everything hooked up and running. I spliced wires out of the left and right rear speakers into high input connections on a Line-Out-Converter. That signal goes out of the Left and Right RCA low level outputs of the LOC- left to a Boss Elite 1500.1 Monoblock amp and the right going to an SSL EV1500M Monoblock amp. I routed both bass knob control wires, Red 12 volt battery wire and fused distribution block. I have a low current 12 volt signal coming from lighted blue LED latching pushbutton switch to a relay that supplies power to the remote turn on circuits daisy chained to each amp. I have the switch wired to the front passenger fuse block behind the kick panel at fuse number 23. This connection supplies power to the switch only while car is "ON" and switches off when OFF. I removed the original 10" subs from each Pyle PLQB10 bandpass enclosure and replaced both subwoofers with Blaupunkt GBW101 subwoofers. These enclosures are decent for my setup and I am happy with the bass after my modifications were done. My next video will show the amps and wires mounted neatly and subwoofers strapped in for stability.
