This document is a partial draft of a user journey that I developed for client. To create these user journeys I had to conduct extensive field and desk research. After my preliminary research was complete, I cross referenced my findings with Foresee Survey data from actual customers. After that, I interviewed internal stakeholders to triangulate my findings.
Needless to say, the client LOVED the results.
