Human's lie. Sometimes they don't even know they are doing it.
Data does not.
In this case, I was responsible for analyzing what the human's told us they did versus what they data said they actually did.
We then used the results to prioritize features in a new AI/ML platform that audited hospital bills.
If we hadn't had cross referenced the qualitative data with the quantitative data - we would missed the boat.
