I started to interview some UI designers this year with my colleague when we try to expand our team. 

From my POV, what I want to know about you during the interview are:

1. Explain why you did this in the previous project, clearly.
2. Show how you worked with your colleague, including PMs, developers, and designers
3. What action will you take after receiving critic and feedback.

Still a rookie on interviewing someone 😅
