In the first few months of the new role, I've been talking to a lot of companies.

I think we're past the stage where the common questions are "what is a design system?", or that they don't have a design system.

Instead, lots of companies have lots of pieces that they think might be...bits...of a design system, and the exciting thing is being able to talk to them about what comes next.

I don't talk about design systems as a "thing" any more, I talk about design systems as a journey.
