Published week one at a new job

It can be easy to get bogged down overwhelmed in onboarding the first week on a new job, so I had a personal goal to publish at least something external-facing in my first week to push myself and get some momentum going. I was able to create a blog post showing how to add badges on Polywork (a common question we get on social) as well as help launch a few small, fun social campaigns for our community.
