I founded Blueprint at UA, a student organization that builds software for nonprofits.
I founded Blueprint at UA because I saw two major needs in my community. First, students had a hard time getting the professional experience they needed before they graduated. Second, nonprofits desperately needed software, but they couldn't afford to hire help. Blueprint at UA solved both of those problems by pairing groups of students with nonprofits to solve problems for them, pro-bono. Students got to get in volunteer time, and nonprofits got the work done that they needed.
