Developed an in-browser http request builder

This is something I'd already been thinking about playing around with earlier during the week. I know there are great cli options available for making or testing requests. But I figured it would be cool to try out a simple interface that runs in a browser. I haven't done extensive testing but it seems to be working pretty well.
Also, this was my first time working with Pico.css and I found it pretty neat.
