In this class, we learnt about the importance of organising data. We ought to collaborated with teammates to come up with the tags. Then based on thetranscript, we come up with the nuggets and assign the tags. Some common tags are procedural, product, demograhy, service, experience. Each tag can have values. We went through some functionalities of Dovetail. Tagging and affinity mapping are usually done for open-ended responses. Goal of affinity mapping is for visual trends. We did class activities where we tagged transcripts and grouped them as affinity.
