Margot's existing user flow
The existing user flow of the booking experience happens every time mentees book a session with a mentor, whether the user logs in or not. The current booking process in Margot consists of the following steps:
- Mentees fill up personal details such as name, email, pronoun, job title, location, social links, the reason for booking, and providing date/time slots.
- After that, mentees input payment details and review them. Mentees can pay via either credit card or Paypal.
- Users receive emails and coordinate with the middle person to confirm the timeslots or provide alternate timeslots.
- After the timeslots are confirmed via email, the session is then confirmed to be scheduled at the desired date/time
