Map information architecture and identify pain points
We mapped out the Information Architecture of the existing site to understand how the content is organized. It enabled us to test the hierarchy of information and uncover the pain points.

Some of the key pain points that we identified include:
- The locations do not give a sense of how far they are from the user's current location.
- There is no transparency in terms of price, which can lead to a loss of trust.
- Lack of enough filters. The user has to do all the work in the searching phase.
