Explored Lookback tool

Was looking for an appropriate tool that would let users share their mobile screens with us during a moderated usability test. The facial reaction and interaction with the app will be live. Providing incentives to participants will be crucial since this involves the participant downloading apps like Participate and Smiling Mind. This will also take 1 hour of their time. Using Lookback seems to be the best choice so far.
