Usability testing on unplugged's prototype


Conducted unmoderated usability test on Unplugged case study with 4 users and discovered the following key areas to further improve on:
  • Adding more options and questions to personalize the cabin search results 
  • Improving the structure of filter sections
  • Using real images instead of illustrations to represent landmarks and activities in this case study

Key takeaway

Being mindful about providing hints to the user. There was an instance where I had influenced the user about an interface.
