In this class, we learnt about the value of UX Research and learn how to recruit, prep, and conduct generative research interviews.

Learnt about who stakeholders are and their significance in the design process. We took part in class activities where we wrote some interview questions for stakeholders based on constraints, business goals, stakeholders role, success metric, users, competitors

We were introduced to ways to create research plan (identifying the problem space, come up with goals, choose research method, propose timeline, recruit participants, prepare research guide, generate research report)

Learnt the importance of user interviews in identifying their needs, motivations, frustrations. The importance of asking WHY

Learnt about TEDW interview framework (Tell me more, explain why, describe, walk me through), do's and don'ts. Learnt about double barreled questions. It is better to split the question in smaller pieces
