Create customer journey
The overall search includes 3 phases
- Awareness: This is when new users explore to understand what this site offers.
- Searching: This phase consists of searching for a cabin.
- Comparison: After finding one cabin, users can compare it with other cabins to find a suitable option.
While working on the customer journey map, we concentrated on the second phase (the searching option) and identified the following opportunities for improvement:
- Improve the overall content hierarchy and organization
- Enhance the filter section
- Provide more information transparency
