Create customer journey


The overall search includes 3 phases
  • Awareness: This is when new users explore to understand what this site offers.
  • Searching: This phase consists of searching for a cabin.
  • Comparison: After finding one cabin, users can compare it with other cabins to find a suitable option.

While working on the customer journey map, we concentrated on the second phase (the searching option) and identified the following opportunities for improvement:
  • Improve the overall content hierarchy and organization
  • Enhance the filter section
  • Provide more information transparency
