The book consists of anecdotes where a person, who faced exclusion, has flat out said that the technology 💻 is handicapped and not him. This notion exactly resonates with the book “The Design of Everyday Things”, where Don Norman has always emphasized that users 🙅‍♂️ are never at fault if they cannot use the product. In fact, the product is not humane enough to cater to human needs.
