Meeting with teammate to try out the tools for interview

We tested Zoom's functionality on record, and time limit. We thought about the necessary backup plan if Zoom's 40 min time limit is reached. We tried out otter via web app and mobile. The Mobile version of otter.ai will be the backup plan. We planned on who will take the role of observer and facilitator. We came up with a list of tasks by facilitators and observers. We practised the introduction script as well as the list of questions to ask users. We discussed the list of participants, who can be our backup in case people are not available at the last minute.
