Design doesn’t stop at handoff

• Agile is not ideal for designers as the time constraint imposed by it is not suitable for creativity, empathy, vision.
• The key to bridging the gap between designers and developers is the improved collaborative relationship between both disciplines. This fosters increased empathy. Nowadays, there is an emerging trend where developers have knowledge of design and designers can code.
