Gathering the survey results

After obtaining the survey results, the next step was to synthesize the data. During this process, I identified user's pain points, understood their objectives, discovered opportunities, and observed trends.

Affinity map

The affinity map aided me in clustering the responses by observing frequently used keywords. This helped me to prioritize the problems of users in line with business needs. 

Based on my observation and talking to some people, some people in certain occupations find mentorship easily compared to others. The survey results produced the following trends.
