Happy Monday!
Every week I start with a weekly review. I picked this up initially from David Allen's Getting Things Done methodology but over time I have adapted it to suit my own needs. Less hardcore GTD, more about setting intentions and priorities for the week. These weekly reviews are part of an ongoing practice of self-reflection. In the hustle and bustle of work it is sometimes difficult to carve out time for reflection and learning, so I tried to make it a habit for myself. To support my coworkers with their self-reflection practice, I created the Self-reflection journal together with a coworker: a six week diary-style journal. It's open source so everyone can contribute to it and adapt it to their own needs. You can find the souce text on GitHub
