Nicely during the middle of the pandemic, I found out that just being nice to people and helping them in general stuff opens the opportunity to help with other things on a freelance level.
I helped to improve a contact form system on a website that would provide a step by step method of contact the company for a request on a specific thing.
I used renderless components in Vue to make sure the defaults provided good SEO ability, and also keeping the page load fast.
It keeps it's state nicely without complex state management.
The site is over on https://devmonkeys.io/ it's the project selection CTA.
The best thing learn't was: help people with code, there is always something you can do even if it's giving an outside view on the matter. No need to be a jerk 🤷♂️
