My first job out of high school was working for MPInet.net, an Internet Service Provider (ISP) based out of Maitland, Florida.

I provided phone support for dial-up internet access, troubleshooting web and email issues. Created an internal technical support resource website to streamline support efforts (comprehensive library of
operating system and software screenshots).
