I worked for the Devereux Foundation from September 2003 through March 2004. 

I provided on-site technical support for 20+ locations in the Central Florida region. Support included Win98 and
WinXP workstations in a Novell Netware environment. Supported Groupwise email clients and various Java database applications.
I created documentation for resources and solutions as needed.
