Created EventlogRT. A console app that dumps out Eventlog entries as they appear in either the System, Application or Security evenlog.

Requires administrative privileges to dump out Security log entries, System and Application entries does not require these privileges.

Demo tool, not open source. 64 bit binary, won't run on 32 bit systems.
