Tried making Hong Kong-style bubble waffle at home. Followed the recipe from tasty.co as-is, no modification. The hardest ingredient to find was the custard powder 😅 But I found it in a fancy grocery store. Bought the waffle iron from Amazon. Cooked over medium heat on the gas stove. It came out really good! It was a hit with the kids.
