On Ubuntu 14.04 laptop (installed years late specifically to give a sane environment for) running beware's DDR Extreme Simulation r3 on a fork of Stepmania 3.9 

Twas on a RedOctane Ignition foam-core mat.

Not impressive by any means, but it definitely felt like an accomplishment at the time
