Wrote a blog post with some advice to early-career devs on the job hunt (which is basically just the advice I'd give myself when I was starting the job hunt if I had the chance). 
TLDR - as much as possible,  view the job interview process primarily as a learning experience, and secondarily as an opportunity to get a job.
