Scion Staffing happened upon Chase when he applied to an advertisement for our client's job opening. Our CEO saw his background and immediately thought he'd be an excellent fit for our internal opening instead. When he spoke to Chase over the phone, he was immediately impressed by him.
At the time Chase was residing in Montana. Chase came to Portland and interviewed with our entire team. He hit it off with us immediately. We instantly knew that we wanted him to be a part of our team. Chase was actively interviewing for other opportunities and management moved quickly to secure him. I am so happy that they did!
He was initially brought on to be a Technical Recruiter. As our business needs changed, it became apparent that we needed his assistance with jobs in other verticals. Chase steps in and helps wherever he is needed. It doesn't matter to him what kind of job he is working on. To him the most important aspects are helping people, filling jobs and doing whatever is in the best interest of the company. He comes to work each day with a positive can-do attitude and his sense of humor is appreciated!
