After years of hard work, promoted two of my direct reports to Senior Consulting roles. One of them I have managed since they joined Headspring, but in either case there has been lots of coaching, advocacy, and project and activity sponsorship leading up to their promotion. Both are so well deserved and have me beaming with pride.
