Presented The 800-File Gorilla: Lessons from Reviewing a Very Big Pull Request at THAT Conference. This talk is based on an experience from last year (also highlighted here) and demonstrates both my specific approach for reviewing such a large pull request, as well as broader lessons on improving code reviews.
