Being LGBTQ+ in tech is sometimes very challenging. DEI is often only performative, if it even exists as a category in the minds of company founders. LGBTQ+ folks can find it harder to move up the career ladder, as many forces at play, some more visible than others, put folks down and push people back.
But many LGBTQ+ folks overcome these odds to build and grow great careers in product and tech.
I'd love to bring these voices together for a broad ranging discussion on the challenges, strategies, and approaches on how to thrive as a queer person in tech. But also to connect, network, and help build community.

I'm based in Berlin, Germany, so I'd look to either organize a physical event here, or a fully remote event!

When are you considering organizing? I'll be in Berlin the first 2 weeks of December and I would love to help organize!
No idea yet of when exactly — at this stage trying to determine interest and see what kind of responses we can get! I’ll keep you posted on possibilities, as a lot of folks have already written in so it’s looking like this will be happening!! 🎉
