BluRhapsody it's a spin-off company from Barilla - the largest pasta maker in the world.
There we use a 3D Food printing technology that let's us craft new pasta experiences, impossible to make with other technologies. We act as a startup, quickly developing new products and food categories in a field that remained untouched for many years.

👨‍🔧 We also developed a printer that can produce many pieces per time, as far as I know it's the only one in the world capable of printing more than 2 pieces per time.

We sell to foodies through an E-Commerce and to Restaurants and Caterings, providing customization services to tailor the perfect experience for each of them.
