I've been a designer for 25+ years. Before I became a full-time advisor, I spent the last 12-or-so years building and leading design organizations for some of the most impactful category-companies of my generation. Loom, Slack, Palantir. 

Prior to my focus on systems and platforms for doing better work, I designed oscar-nominated tools for realtime filmmaking, the interfaces of virtual worlds, and lots of good old-fashioned brand and print and web.
