“Role of PARK7 protein and Monoamine Oxidase-B inhibitors in Parkinson’s disease (PD)”

Aim of this research was the characterization of PARK7 associated Parkinson’s inhibitors in sampled population to comprehend its pathology through expression analysis and several bioinformatics tools. Recently working on two main objectives of this study which are listed below: 1)Deciphering the role of PARK7 in the early onset of parkinsonism and predict its associated interactive inhibitors. 2)Demonstrating the predictive interactive association of PARK7 with other proteins and MAO-B inhibitors.
