Founded the Associate Experience Engineering (AXE) Team, an operational design team specializing in custom-built in-house enterprise web applications.
This was a team focused on the Associate Experience (internal associates) as opposed to the Customer Experience (external clients). As part of the Operations business unit, the AXE Team was responsible for maintaining a suite of enterprise web applications that comprised a portion of the company intranet. The purpose of these applications was to enhance daily communication, collaboration, and productivity for associates across the organization.
