Had a fantastic talk with Wojciech of the podcast startup Hintech.
I created a financial sponsorship model for Encounter Party that fundamentally changed how we were able to monetize during Season 3. I've helped many podcasts convert to that model all of whom have seen their passive income increase on a month over month basis. However many times I talk to brands and startups who scoff at the model because "that's not how the industry does things".
My question is always why? WHY doesn't the industry look to more efficient models that better serve podcaster and brand alike?
Hintech is one of the first companies to hear me and offer innovative ideas immediately about how they could help expand and reframe the way we look at the sponsorship model and offer podcasters/brands more than one way to think about it.
