Something really interesting has been developing for me in the last two months that never was offered to me in all my working years.
Now that I am leading my own team, I find myself rooting my leadership style in a very People First mindset. Changing the language and approach from "You are only as good as your last mistake", to "Let me tell you all the things you did right". My team is responding so well to this.
I have found that there are thought leaders who believe its possible to be People Focused and still be client obsessed. Their passion to make People feel valued has definitely lit a different fire in me.
I'd really love to connect with other people leaders who use the "Glow and Grows" approach. Its producing such a different result with my team and I'd like to exhange notes!
