Wanna be Master Chef
When I think about the different parts that make up the whole “Me”, food and cooking have always been a central theme. Like many 
busy people do, food has to be a conviencence. It has to be something you can grab, get, eat while you are also “doing” something else.

I broke the monotony. Also trying to break the cycle of not taking 20 mins to enjoy a meal. 

So now once a week, I chef it the hell up. I put a great meal in front of my family and I force us to be present. The kids think I’m a psychopath… but I think the hubby appreciates the helll out of me!
