Had my last mentoring session for the IEEE Innovation Nation Bosnia and Herzegovina Fellowship Program and got this thank-you card from one of the teams I mentored!
The teams I've worked with for the past 6 weeks have been nothing short of incredible. Young professionals, students, and rising stars developing concepts from scratch, running research, ideating, business modelling, and preparing pitches, all the while undergoing an academic training curriculum.
We've talked about defining an opportunity space, human-centered design, customer centricity, business models, and also discussed challenges with defining a tech stack, pricing, marketplace distribution and operations, and developing platform infrastructure.
It has been a demanding but highly rewarding learning and work schedule, and I'm so impressed with what the various teams have developed.
